Refund policy

We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us — whether you visit our store in Butte or order online. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


30-Day Full Refund (In-Store & Online)

We offer a full refund on eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Unworn and unwashed (for apparel)

  • Tags attached when applicable

  • Original packaging preferred

  • Proof of purchase required

Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.


After 30 Days — Store Credit Only

If more than 30 days have passed, eligible returns will receive store credit instead of a refund.


Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective — whether bought in-store or online — we’ll take care of you.

For defective items (such as apparel):

  • Bring the item back (or contact us if online)

  • Let us know what happened

  • We will replace the item, issue a full refund, or offer store credit

Defective items do not need to be in original condition.
We simply ask that you bring the product back so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items (if any)

If the store has exclusions, I can add them.
If not, we can remove this section entirely.


How to Start a Return

For in-store purchases:
Stop into the shop with your item and proof of purchase — we’ll help you right away.

For online orders:
Contact us with your order number and a photo if the item is defective. We’ll guide you through the return process.
