Shipping policy

We’re happy to ship our products to customers all over the world! If you run into any issues during checkout, please reach out — we’re always here to help.

Orders ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination.

  • Smaller domestic packages typically ship via USPS.

  • Larger domestic packages generally ship with UPS.

  • International orders are usually most economical through USPS, which may partner with FedEx for final delivery.
    You’ll be able to choose your preferred method at checkout.


Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process and prepare your order.
This does not include the shipping transit time.

We do everything we can to ship as quickly as possible, but we are a small, busy shop — thank you for supporting local!

💛 Note: We do not ship on weekends. Even Butte folks need a little rest.


International Shipping

International shipping does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you’re unsure what those charges might be, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


Delivery Security Tips

To help avoid stolen packages, consider choosing a secure drop-off point such as:

  • A package locker

  • A business address

  • A signature-required delivery option (when available)


Expedited Shipping

We do offer expedited shipping!

  • The fastest option is UPS 2-Day.

    • Orders placed before 10 AM Mountain Time typically ship the same day.

    • Orders placed after 10 AM will ship the following business day.

  • UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • USPS also offers faster options at a lower cost, though occasional delays may occur.

Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us right away.
We will open a carrier investigation and file a claim to get a replacement on its way to you as soon as possible.

Once a package is marked DELIVERED by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package and cannot replace or refund it.
